The Winter Sun Motel Rockhampton conference facilities are available daily from 8am to 5pm.

Mobile Whiteboard 1.2m x 90cm. Double sided (flips). Magnetic. Markers provided.
Excellent lighting. Tastefully decorated.
Free Wifi internet (up to 12mbps). Please provide your own computer equipment.

Lunch can be arranged on request. We are also conveniently located within walking distance to the Tavern and could help arrange a group booking. Alternatively there are numerous take-away options in close proximity. Contact us to discuss your needs/budget.
Refrigerator available (if required) (eg to supply your own beverages, morning tea).

Please note the facility is not accessible by wheel-chair, and is located on the first floor of the building.

Room strictly available between 8am and 5pm. Please factor this into your setup and packup time.
